Refund Policy

In case you have made a purchase on our website – www.travizz.com for a job post, or advertising plan or a subscription service, this refund policy applies to you.

Services which have been purchased and delivered to your dashboard will not be refundable. There will be no refund for partially used services.

You can claim refund for services which may have been delayed in delivery or activation for more than 72 hours from the time of purchase. Refunds are subject to having received payment in full for the service that has been purchased from our website or app.

Refund claims can be made within 1 week of purchase. For refund claims please email with reason for claim, amount claimed, and invoice number to support@travizz.com

Approval for refund claim will be processed within 7 days of claim subject to verification of documentation. Approved refunds will be processed to the original source of payment (subscriber’s card or bank account or wallet) which has been used for payment of the purchase. Incase of inability to process the refund to a card or wallet, it will be processed to the subscribers bank account after requisite KYC re-verification.

We will endeavor to process all approved refunds within 7 working days. Refund payments made to other than original source of payment, is expected to take longer upto 14 to 21 days due to process of KYC re-verification.
