You, as a visa executive, will be answering customer questions via email, chat, phone, and other means of contact.

Role and Responsibility

• Visa Consultant

  • Provide expert advice on visa applications, required documents, processing times, and travel destinations.
  • Aid customers complete visa paperwork correctly and quickly.
  • To fulfill various countries visa criteria, evaluate customers' passports, photos, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
  • Keep in touch with embassies, consulates, and authorities to remain informed of visa laws and difficulties.
  • To guarantee customer satisfaction, handle visa concerns, delays, and rejections.
  • Coordinate visa processing with the travel agency's sales staff to simplify customer trip planning.
  • Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile and documentation.
  • Capable of handling client and student queries and providing the best support.
  • Proficient in submitting a student visa application.
  • Up-Selling and Cross-selling—converting calls to sales.
