  • Job Summary: As a Travel Sales Specialist at Travelonama Expeditions, In this role, He/she will be responsible for engaging clients, converting leads into bookings, and providing personalized travel solutions. Exceptional communication skills, proven sales achievements, and ability to collaborate with a dynamic team will be key in creating extraordinary travel
    experiences.


Role and Responsibility
  • ➢ Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships by actively
    listening to their travel preferences and needs. Offer personalized travel solutions,
    itineraries, and packages tailored to meet client expectations.
    ➢ Sales and Conversion: Respond to travel inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
    Convert leads into bookings, upsell relevant travel services, and consistently meet or
    exceed sales targets.
    ➢ Product Knowledge: Stay updated on current travel destinations, trends, and
    services. Educate clients about available options and make suitable recommendations.
    ➢ Itinerary Planning: Create detailed and customized travel itineraries that align with
    client preferences, budgets, and timelines.
    ➢ Customer Service: Provide excellent pre-trip and post-trip support. Address client
    concerns, assist with travel documentation, and ensure a seamless travel experience.
    ➢ Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records. Prepare reports and
    provide valuable insights to the management team.
    ➢ Market Research: Stay informed about competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and
    industry developments. Suggest strategies to help us remain competitive in the travel
    market.
    ➢ Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales specialists and travel experts to
    share best practices and collectively achieve sales goals.


Job Qualification
  • HSC.
    Graduate.
