  Job Overview:
  We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Europe & London Holiday Package Operations Executive to manage and coordinate holiday packages across top European destinations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Europe’s travel landscape, vendor connections, and experience in itinerary planning and tour operations.
   

Role and Responsibility

• Key Responsibilities:
  ✅ Holiday Package Planning & Management
  • Design and manage customized Europe & London holiday packages (FIT & group tours).
  • Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining high service quality.
  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and local tour operators.
  ✅ Operations & Logistics Coordination
  • Handle hotel reservations, flights, sightseeing tours, visa processing, and transfers.
  • Ensure smooth execution of tour packages and assist clients with any travel-related concerns.
  • Monitor real-time tour operations and troubleshoot last-minute issues.
  ✅ Client Interaction & Customer Support
  • Provide expert consultation on Europe & UK destinations, attractions, and travel guidelines.
  • Assist customers with itinerary customization, booking modifications, and special requests.
  • Offer 24/7 support during ongoing tours to ensure a seamless experience.
  ✅ Vendor & Partner Management
  • Build strong relationships with European DMCs, hotels, transportation services, and local guides.
  • Negotiate contracts for the best rates and exclusive deals.
  ✅ Sales & Revenue Optimization
  • Assist the sales team in promoting Europe & London tour packages.
  • Develop pricing strategies and seasonal offers to maximize profitability.
  • Upsell additional services like travel insurance, premium experiences, and private tours.
  ✅ Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and client preferences.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve services and package offerings

Job Qualification

• ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  ✔ 2+ years experience in European holiday package operations.
  ✔ Strong knowledge of UK & Schengen visa processes, travel policies, and regulations.
  ✔ Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus.
  ✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  ✔ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and travel booking tools.
  ✔ Ability to handle multiple clients and ensure smooth coordination.
