Role and Responsibility

• -Handle incoming calls and messages from customers

  -Assist with bookings and provide necessary information

  -Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

  -Handle international and Domestic ticket

Job Qualification

• -Experience with Amadeus or any GDS (preferred)

  -Good communication and interpersonal skills

  -Basic knowledge of the travel and tourism industry

  -Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly

  -Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
